We're off to Augusta this afternoon for the Ironman Augusta 70.3, which is half the distance of the Ironman Florida in six weeks. It should be a good tune-up race. If all goes well I'd like to finish under 5 hours.
Since I need all the help I can get, I rented race wheels. They're much more aerodynamic and should shave 5-6 minutes off my bike split. At a minimum, they'll make me look cool.
